The Strengths Profile process:

  1. You engage us and provide payment for the Strengths Profile for you or your staff member(s). 

  2. We provide you/the staff member(s) with an access code to complete the Strengths Profile questionnaire online. 

  3. We review your Strengths Profile - and copy is sent to you/the staff member(s) for self-reflection. 

  4. We arrange a 'Debrief' with you and spend an hour helping you to maximise your unrealised strengths, protect and preserve your realised strengths, minimise the impact of your weaknesses and moderate the de-energising nature of learned behaviours. This allows you/the staff member(s) to walk away with a sense of empowerment, meaningful goals and practical strategies!

  5. If you would like ongoing support you can request our mentoring to help you put your plans into action to achieve your goals!
